Objective: Contribution to the improvement of Quality of life through the provision of reliable and high quality services, constant development and excellence.
Research Services provided:
o Official control, monitoring and surveillance for food contaminants (heavy metals, nitrates, polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons, acrylamide, furans, MCPD esters, ethyl carbamate) and natural toxins in foodstuffs: aflatoxins (B1, B2, G1, G2) and M1, ochratoxin A (OTA), fumonisines (FB1, FB2), trechothecenes (ZON, DON, T-2 and HT-2) and Plant Toxins
